Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
*If you purchase over $50 of Pet Herbal Remedies we pay the shipping for standard ground service (typically 5 to 7 days). That's right, the Shipping is FREE for you (if you live and shipping address is in the U.S. or Canada).
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) Express and Expedited. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Normal (No tracking): IF Less than $50 $5.99 for the first item, add $2 per each additional item
Canada Express: Varies by province. Price is provided in shopping cart.
For all Canadian shipments, Pet Herbal Remedies will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Pet Herbal Remedies will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Native Remedies will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Please note: We recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, Native Remedies will not be responsible for lost shipments.
International Shipping
Normal: (No tracking) $8.99 for the first product. Shipping regular mail 14-21 days. Orders that include more than one items, price is provided in shopping cart.
International Expedited: (tracking) Varies by country. Price is provided in shopping cart.
We ship worldwide! We ship to so many international countries that it's easier to tell you where we CANNOT ship to. These are the countries we DO NOT ship to: Mexico, Germany, Norway, Australia, Africa, Finland. If your country isn't mentioned here, then we DO ship to you! Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany and Australia, we no longer ship to Germany or Australia.
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.
